Chức danh: Cruise Manager Mã số công việc: OD-CM-002 Mô tả Công việc: • Manage overall cruise operation onboard vessels • Supervise officers and crew • Assist in recruitment and train crew • Build and maintain excellent passenger relations • Implement and control onboard operational procedures • Implement and control highest quality standards onboard • Maintain passenger satisfaction at all times • Handle complaints effectively • Maximize onboard sales and increase profitability • Maintain cost control and effectiveness • Participate in the strategic development of the company • Overall responsibility for daily, weekly & monthly reports to General Manager Yêu Cầu Công Việc Yêu cầu chung:
